The Challenge:

The institution has a large number of services and complex integrations that, in terms of monitoring, must generate traceability and consumption statistics. Current systems face various challenges related to process certification, usage statistics, monitoring, and the review of issues that may arise from service invocations generating different incidents. Additionally, integration services are distributed across different technologies such as SOAP, REST, BPELs, among others.

Our solution:

• An integration traceability and monitoring platform (Krontrace) is implemented to monitor integration processes, facilitating the tracking and certification of different processes, providing consumption statistics, greater visibility, and traceability of integration points regardless of the technology in which the service is implemented. Microservices implementation.

Results:

• 100% visibility of consumption statistics for each service. • 50% increase in integration visibility and traceability regardless of technology. • Operational agility and a 40% improvement in incident response time.
