The Challenge:

The institution works with 24 member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, therefore requiring an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system capable of meeting the needs of all its locations, adapting to different legislations, and integrating financial-accounting system modules along with administration and payroll calculation modules. The current system faces multiple challenges related to process certification and data quality. Additionally, integration services are distributed across different technologies such as SOAP, REST, BPEL, among others. As a result, several incidents occur and require extended resolution times, making it essential to address these integration challenges efficiently—something that the on-premise environment does not allow.

Our solution:

• An analytical diagnosis of the current situation and infrastructure requirements is carried out to identify the existing elements involved in the integration processes of the financial, accounting, and payroll modules, and to determine how they should be modified to optimize operations. • A payroll ERP certification environment is implemented to certify processes in a flexible and agile manner, allowing resources to be scaled and reused in ways that optimize and reduce incident resolution times, improve integration processes, and lower operational costs.

Results:

• 40% reduction in incident resolution time. • 50% increase in integration visibility and traceability. • Operational agility.
